
Shipping Policy
Toronto Brow Shop typically processes orders Monday - Friday. Excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be typically processed on Monday.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If your package becomes lost or stolen, we will work with you and the mail delivery service to locate the lost package. Please email us at hello@torontobrowshop.ca so we can help you locate it.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated times calculated at checkout. Rates will vary depending on the shipping address, shipping service selected and order size.
*Please Note - due to the lock down Canada Post is experiencing some shipping delays and waiving their estimated delivery time guarantee.
International Shipping
United States Shipping: For all orders to the United States, shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout. Rates will vary depending on the shipping address, shipping service selected and order size.
International Shipping(Non-USA): Calculated at checkout. If your shipping country is not showing during checkout, contact us.
International Customs
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
