Return Policy

We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on the following items:

~ Cleaning & Disinfectants

~ Numbing creams

~ Needle cartridges

Please note: the above items are final sale.

We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your Toronto Brow Shop products. If there is a defective product or quality concern, please contact us at hello@torontobrowshop.ca and we will investigate this issue with you.

We also understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to return or exchange your unused or unopened products within 14 days, please email us at hello@torontorowshop.ca.

Toronto Brow Shop will accept returns (exclude the list above) within 14 days of purchase date, subject to the following conditions below:

~ To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in new condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

~ Must be done with 14 days within the purchase date ~

Please note: Toronto Brow Shop is not responsible for covering the shipping return costs on unused or unopened products.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package becomes lost or stolen, Toronto Brow Shop will work with you and our courier to locate the lost package. Please email us at hello@torontobrowshop.ca so we can help you locate it.

What happens if my product isn’t available anymore?

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. We will also refund your shipping for that item.

Missing an item or received incorrect item(s)?

If for any reason, your order is missing items or you have received incorrect items, please email us at hello@torontobrowshop.ca so we can best assist you to resolve this issue together.

How can I cancel my order?

We offer same day pick ups, and ship our products as early as next day delivery so you can receive your products within the fastest time possible. We cannot guarantee we can cancel an order once it is processed. For any further inquiries, please feel free to reach us at hello@torontobrowshop.ca .
