Due to the nature of health and safety protocols required in the microblading and permanent makeup industry, all items on this website are final sale in order to protect the integrity of our stock.
Please note that PayPal fees are not refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer regardless of the refund status.
Please note that damaged items must be retuned in order to process a refund.
We take great care to ensure all products arrive properly sealed and sterilized.
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a defective product or quality concern, please contact us at hello@torontobrowshop.ca and we will investigate this issue with you.
Shipping Policy
Packages with Incorrect Shipping address/Missing Information
A Return shipping cost will be applied on all orders (even orders with free shipping).
Returned packages will not be re-shipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges & fees have been paid. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for re-shipping rejected packages even if shipping was free on the order.
Returned packages do not qualify for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any costs associated with return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Please note: Toronto Brow Shop is not responsible for covering the shipping return costs on unused or unopened products.
